Tuesday by David Wiesner 9-11

VIEW IN EDSHED

An almost wordless picture book from a picture book great, David Wiesner.  One night, the frogs of a pond all lift off on their lily pads and fly to a nearby town causing havoc as they go.  Some frogs enjoy chasing after birds on a telephone wire, some flogs fly around houses and others stop to watch TV.  The people in the neighbourhood are puzzled as to why there are lily pads all over the roads and they begin an investigation.  The frogs even make the evening news.  What will happen next Tuesday?  Perhaps pigs might fly!
